Agenda 21

Posted by americadontforget on April 2, 2011 at 9:01 PM

What is Agenda 21?  Agenda 21 is a comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations System, Governments and Major Groups in every area in which humans impact on the environment.  The Agenda is an all-encompassing prescription for regulating EVERY aspect of human activity in the interest of "sustainable development".

178 governments signed on, including the US.  George Herbert Walker Bush could not get agreement from his Congress but President Bill Clinton defied the Senate's will by signing Executive Order 12852.  But the Senate had 60 days to override Clinton's EO (as with every EO) but they did nothing.

Agenda 21 is the biggest assault on our freedoms to come along in our lifetime.  The process is deliberately slow as to prevent public backlash.  It is the creeping affect of Communism.  The ultimate goal of Agenda 21 is to reduce world population by 80%.  Obamacare is part of accomplishing Agenda 21 and President Obama is devoted to Agenda 21.  Reducing the population will be accomplished by 1.  rationed health care 2. forced steriization 3. forced abortion 4. limited family size 5.  you don't want to know....but let your imagination run wild here because if you can think it they will do it.  Government will own ALL property.  There will be no rural living.  All people will be "herded" to communalism.  No cars.....bicycles will be the mode of transportation.    Even though Obama ran on a platform of no drilling for oil he changed his tune only to change it back 2 weeks later when the BP oil rig blew up.  Ever wonder if this was a coincidence.....the oil rig blowing up 2 weeks after Obama says he will increase oil production and drilling in the gulf after he promised his supporters he would not allow drilling????   Not a coincidence as far as I am concerned.  Ever wonder why Obama promised Brazil the US will be their best customer in the purchase of oil THEY get to drill for in the Gulf while America can not.??  Could it be because George Soros is the largest stockholder in Petrobas??  Hmmmmm another coincidence?  I don't think so.  Obama and his supporters want to STOP all drilling for oil.  He wants us to stop using oil, coal, natural gas. Bicycles for everyone!!!

Agenda 21 is in your neighborhood and it is called Smart Growth, Your Town2020 or Your Town 2035, Smart Grid, Sustainable Development, Race To The Top.  It all sounds warm and fuzzy but the end goal is to take baby steps in changing things locally using the smoke screen of protecting the environment and ensuring communities are prepared for future growth.

ICLEI (International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives) This is a group that works with local governments to implement Agenda 21.  They purposely do not use the words Agenda 21.  They again use the smoke screen to hide the real purpose of Sustainable Development.

In a nutshell the mission of Agenda 21 is for the:

1.  Abolition of private property rights

2.  Massive redistribution of income, wealth, property and even population

3.  Shifting rural voting from right to left

Agenda 21 is a threat to our freedom and we need to be aware that not all things are what they appear to be.  Agenda 21 is the largest orchestrated effort to spread Communism on a worldwide scale.  Please research Agenda 21 and what is going on in your local town or county.  If your city or county is a member of ICLEI then understand Agenda 21 is in your neighborhood.  Your city or county does not have to be a member of ICLEI to be implementing steps to accomplish Agenda 21.  So look for signs of Sustainable Development and get a copy of the plan for your city or county.  Start reading it and comparing the verbiage in it to the verbiage used in Agenda 21.

I have supplied a lot of links to assist you in gaining knowledge about Agenda 21 I hope you will start reading the information.  Reach out to an expert on Agenda 21 and have them come speak to your group.  If you can find 1 that supports and 1 that does not support and have a debate you will give citizens a better understanding of Agenda 21 and what the end game is for the world.  The information it out there.  They don't try to hide the goal of Agenda 21.  Reducing the population is stated in their information.  This does not happen on its own.  To reduce population it must be assisted.  So as I stated above use your imagination as to how this will be accomplished.

Agenda 21 is meant to look good on paper. It's good for this and it's good for that, and so on! Agenda 21 is meant for one thing and that is to strip us of our SOVEREIGNTY! and to place us under ONE WORLD ORDER! That's the end of it. Period! You know it's coming to your town when they start constructing Bike Paths, Installing smart meters, Calling for rail links, combining retail and residential in the same complex. It's happen folks right under your nose and you don't know it. Not even your civic elected officials know it's happening! They're just given a direction and they follow it not stopping to ask questions because it is coming from a higher power!

I should say Agenda 21 proposes allowing larger buildings.
It would allow the market to decide how much to actually build

Our current urban policy is a way bigger taking of property rights than what is proposed in agenda 21.
Here is a list of some of the current laws that social cost and limit development:

Single Use Zoning: If you own a home and want to start a bakery and sell bread out of your kitchen, that is illegal in most suburban/rural neighborhoods. It is also illegal for you to rent out your basement in most neighborhoods. It is also illegal to sell you property to someone who wants to build an office building or apartment building or store.

Agenda 21 supports allowing businesses in homes or in neighborhoods.

Minimum Parking Requirements: If you wanted to build a bakery or office building or apartment building on your property, the government would tell you how many parking spaces you have to build. Even if there is plenty of existing parking and that your customers could use the government will require you to build more. Keep in mind that there probably is already enough parking because the government socializes and pays for street parking.

Agenda 21 proposes reducing or eliminating minimum parking requirements and also proposes reducing government spending on subsidized parking.

Size Restrictions: Almost all of the land in the US has a limit on the size of a building that is allowed on your property. If you have a $150,000 home and a developer wants to buy it for $200,000 and build a $1 million apartment building. He will not be allowed to build that building.
This costs you $50,000. It costs the developer all of the money he would have made. It costs the construction industry the jobs that would've been needed to build the building. And it raises the cost of housing because it makes it harder to build.

Agenda 21 proposes allowing bigger buildings if the market can support them.

Agenda 21 is wildly destructive to the American way of life. This is why I share your passion to stand against the United Nations programs being implemented in our local communities under nice sounding names intended to deceive citizens.

The land policy of the United Nations was first officially articulated at the United Nations Conference on Human Settlements (Habitat I), held in Vancouver, May 31 - June 11, 1976. Agenda Item 10 of the Conference Report sets forth the UN's official policy on land. The Preamble says:

"Land...cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market. Private land ownership is also a principal instrument of accumulation and concentration of wealth and therefore contributes to social injustice; if unchecked, it may become a major obstacle in the planning and implementation of development schemes. The provision of decent dwellings and healthy conditions for the people can only be achieved if land is used in the interests of society as a whole. Public control of land use is therefore indispensable...."
